VISIT BRAZIL: USEFUL INFORMATION

Accommodation — From luxury hotels to hostels, the variety of accommodations is vast in Brazil. Prices can vary greatly from one region to another.

Food — At first glance, Brazilian cuisine may not seem like much, but if you take the time to discover it, you’ll love it. Moqueca, açai, churrasco… The list of delights is long.

Transportation — To travel between cities, you can take the bus. However, for long distances, flying is almost necessary. Finally, in cities, opt for Uber, which is very safe.

Daily Budget — 15-25 EUR. This is what I spent on average while staying in Airbnbs, eating out occasionally, and using public transportation. Of course, occasionally I spend much more. It all depends on the city I’m in and my social life.

TIPS TO SAVE MONEY

1
Eat at botecos Botecos are unpretentious bars where you can have lunch. They offer very hearty dishes, perfect for continuing your day while enjoying a 100% local atmosphere.
3
Sleep in hostals If you're looking to save money and also meet other travelers, staying in hostels is an excellent idea during your stay in Brazil.
2
Use public transportation Of course, public transportation is more economical than taxis or Ubers. They are also very safe. If in doubt, ask locals for advice for your first times using buses or subways.
